3DTCG — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of 3DTCG, published by SSS Studios LLC. By installing or using the app you accept them.
About prices. 3DTCG reports prices gathered from public market data. They are an estimate of what a card has recently sold for, not an offer, an appraisal or a guarantee. Do not treat them as financial advice.

1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use 3DTCG on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, decompile, resell or sublicense the app.
2. Subscription, billing and cancellation
- 3DTCG PRO is an auto-renewing annual subscription at 39.99 USD, or the equivalent in your local currency.
- New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you have used a trial or introductory offer for this subscription before, you are not eligible again.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us.
3. Price data and its limits
Prices come from public market sources and are refreshed on a schedule. They can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Graded card values are not shown because no reliable free source of graded sales exists, and we prefer a visible gap to an invented number. You are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.
4. Card images and trademarks
Card names, images and game logos are the property of their respective rights holders. 3DTCG is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any card game publisher.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to scrape or redistribute our data in bulk, to interfere with its operation, or to reverse engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature during a paid period, contact us and we will work with Apple on a fair outcome.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SSS Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for trading decisions made using the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
