This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the Time4Kids kids app, designed to help children earn screen time through educational activities (for example, math games and learning challenges). Time4Kids is operated by SSSSTUDIOS LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

• Educational usage data: activity progress, math game results, achievements, and points.
• Technical device data: device type, operating system, language, and app version.
• Internal profile identifier: a technical ID used to link the child profile to the family account, without requiring the child’s real name.

2. Information We Do NOT Ask from Children

• We do not ask for a child’s personal email address.
• We do not ask for a child’s personal phone number.
• We do not encourage children to share sensitive personal information publicly.

3. How We Use Information

• Show progress in tasks and educational missions.
• Calculate and unlock earned screen time.
• Adjust challenge difficulty and personalize the learning experience.
• Detect errors and improve app performance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with technology providers that help us operate the app (hosting, account infrastructure, security, and technical analytics), subject to confidentiality and restricted-use obligations. We do not allow behaviorally targeted advertising in the child experience.

5. Parental Control and Consent

Child profile creation and management must be performed by a parent or legal guardian through the adult app. We rely on a verifiable parent account flow before enabling child profile management features. If we identify information or usage that does not meet these requirements, we may limit or delete the relevant account.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain a reasonable progress history. The responsible adult may request deletion of the account and associated data by emailing [email protected] with the account email and deletion request. We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect information. No system is completely fail-safe, but we work to minimize risk.

8. Transfers and Third Parties

Some providers may operate in different countries. Where applicable, we use contractual and security safeguards to protect transferred information.
