These terms apply to the use of the Time4Kids child profile, where children complete learning activities (including math games and challenges) to earn screen time managed by their parents or guardians. The service is provided by SSSSTUDIOS LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Supervised Use

The kids app must be used under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian through a linked adult account.

2. Educational and Digital-Wellbeing Purpose

Time4Kids is designed to promote healthy technology habits and learning. It does not guarantee specific academic outcomes and does not replace parental or school educational supervision.

Children are not authorized to make purchases or manage subscriptions from the child experience. Any purchase, subscription, or payment action must be performed by the parent or legal guardian through the applicable app-store account.

5. Allowed Conduct

The child profile may not be used to manipulate, bypass, or disable system controls, or for unlawful or abusive activity.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update activities, scoring, game mechanics, and features to improve experience and security.

7. Intellectual Property

Time4Kids content, design, software, games, and visual elements are owned by SSSSTUDIOS LLC or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Time4Kids is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend accounts or access if we detect misuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will publish updates on this page with the relevant effective date. Continued app use means acceptance of the updated terms.
